This January, we are thrilled to congratulate five of our team members on achieving their Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA 3).

Martin achieved a RIBA Part 3 – Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture with RIBA North West

“Personally, I attended seminars in London, as this city marks the official beginning of my academic journey in architecture. The course provided invaluable guidance in navigating unfamiliar situations and presented some of the most challenging experiences of my career to date. However, the growth and progress I achieved were well worth the effort, as each challenge was directly tied to the course curriculum and enriched by the integration of live projects.”

Hikmat is now a Part 3 Architectural Assistant – BA (Hons), MA (Hons), Adv. Dip. Arch

“With over 11 years of architectural experience spanning diverse sectors, my journey as an Architect began in Lebanon in 2014 and took a transformative turn when I moved to the UK in 2017. After years of dedication and pursing additional knowledge in the field, I proudly achieved my Part 3 certification in October 2024—a pivotal milestone in my career. As I look ahead to 2025, I am focused on completing my ARB Part 1/2 qualifications to become a fully registered Architect in the UK. This journey has been one of perseverance, passion, and growth.”

Vanessa has achieved ARB RIBA Architect – BA (Hons), MArch, Adv. Dip. Arch

“I began my architectural education in 2014, gaining over five years of hands-on experience across all work stages and diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, hotel, and industrial projects. After a decade of dedication, I achieved my Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture with RIBA North West in October 2024. This milestone not only signifies my qualification as Architect but also reflects the growth and resilience I have cultivated throughout my career.”

Louis achieved ARB RIBA Architect – BA (Hons), MArch, Dip. Arch

“I started my undergraduate course at De Montfort University in 2015, after 3 years I graduated and began working in a practice in Peterborough where I learnt of the real world skills that are required to be a successful architect. Following a year working in practice I started my Masters course back at De Montfort. These 2 years were incredibly enjoyable and allowed me to put the skills I learnt into practice on my university projects. After I finished this I moved to Leeds and began working in practice while studying my part 3 which I happily completed in 2024!”

Finally, Morgan completed her Architect BSc (Hons) MArch PG DIP ARB RIBA

“I gained my Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture Professional Practice with MERIT in December 2024 from Leeds Becket University. This followed my Undergraduate and Masters degrees where I completed both at Sheffield Hallam consecutively, through the pandemic which provided additional challenges in itself! Over the last 7 years whilst studying and working in practice, I have gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and understanding within all sectors in the industry, through all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. I have had experience from initial client briefing discussions, taking projects through planning and achieving successful approvals, moving onto the technical design stage before overseeing construction. Liaising with contractors, planning officers and building control approvers.”

Amanda Marsey, Director, expressed her admiration, “Hard work and dedication have certainly paid off for these five recently qualified Architects (AA Part3).
