Due to their ongoing growth, we are thrilled to announce our summer promotions:

Jess has been with SMR for 8 years, is our queen of socials, attained MCIAT and is simply a committed member of TeamSMR.

Josh is approaching 2.5 years with SMR and has become adept at managing multiple projects and is developing his technical knowledge and attained MCIAT.

We are very happy to announce Jess and Josh’s promotions to Project Technologist.

We would also like to recognise the progress made by last year’s graduates: Mimi who returned to our Ecommerce team, learning the ropes on the Shadow role, and has grown in confidence.

Morgan during the year moved from Ecommerce and has since moved to our Industrial and Logistics team where she has really shone, showing a great eye for design.

They have successfully finished their first year at SMR post student life and we are promoting them both to Architectural Technologist.
