Celebrating Team SMR Milestones and Achievements

SMR Architects is immensely proud to announce two important milestones. Individually they’re immense; but to celebrate both on the same days is utterly amazing 

Firstly, we wish to recognise Neil’s 25 years of exemplary service to SMR and its predecessor; a tremendous accomplishment, which says a lot about his commitment, loyalty and professional values; it is understood that Neil’s extensive knowledge and ongoing contributions are invaluable to SMR and we’re all genuinely grateful to have him here, as an integral member to #TeamSMR. 

Secondly, we would like to acknowledge Rachel’s drive and motivation to pursue and ultimately achieve Chartered Technologist status; having joined us more than 22 years ago as a School leaver and Apprentice; Rachel has diligently progressed her design outputs, technical skillsets and relationship management, whilst contributing massively toward the company’s successes. 

We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to congratulate and thank Rachel and Neil for their individual efforts over the years as both of their accomplishments reflect noteworthy occasions for SMR. Their attention to detail, perseverance, and desire to raise the bar on quality have directly helped SMR surmount challenges and scale new heights. 

The example’s both have set, serve as reminders for SMR’s commitment to reinforcing a culture of respect and appreciation for all Team Members. We believe that recognising employees for their efforts and commitment both individual and collective is vital to the Practices ongoing accomplishments. 

We envisage Neil and Rachel both sticking around for many more years to come, as true role models and bell weathers to the ongoing prosperity of SMR’s business. Rachel and Neil, we appreciate everything you’ve both done so far. Thank you and congratulations for your well-deserved and hard-earned success!
