We’re pleased to welcome Tom Hill to SMR as Studio & Strategic Projects Director.
Tom joins the practice with significant experience leading teams, developing client relationships and delivering major projects across the UK. Having previously held the role of Managing Director – North at DB3, he brings valuable leadership experience and industry insight as we continue to grow.
The appointment reflects an exciting period for SMR. Over recent years, we’ve continued to expand our team, strengthen our offer across a range of sectors and build lasting relationships with clients throughout the UK.
For us, Tom’s arrival is about more than adding another senior leader. It’s about investing in the future of the business, supporting our people and ensuring we continue to provide the high levels of service and quality our clients expect.
