Works start on site at St Andrews Retail Park for Wickes

With planning granted last year on behalf of ADDL, SMR Architects are pleased to be working with Brims Construction again at St Andrews Retail Park, Durham. The scheme assembles a 24,000 sqft Wickes store and associated car park works. This is the second unit on the retail park that SMR Architects have been involved with, having successfully completed the Starbucks Drive-thru.
SMR Architects are proudly taking this project through all RIBA stages, with an imminent start on site.
