Ellesmere Port / Eastleigh Safestore Facilities
Projects SMR News
SMR Architects is thrilled to announce the successful completion of two Safestore projects in Ellesmere Port and Eastleigh. In collaboration with the main contractor, UC Build, our team has worked diligently to deliver over 70,000 square feet of state-of-the-art self-storage units across these two strategic locations.
At SMR Architects, we understand the importance of creating storage solutions that are not only secure but also conveniently located and easily accessible. Our partnership with Safestore reflects our commitment to designing spaces that cater to the evolving needs of individuals and businesses seeking reliable self-storage options.
The construction of these Safestore facilities involved a comprehensive fit-out process that aimed to optimise space and enhance user experience. The highlight of the project was the installation of self-supported mezzanine levels in each store, at a minimum doubling the amount of lettable space available at each location. This innovative approach ensures that Safestore can provide a broader range of storage solutions to meet the diverse needs of their customers.
Both Safestore locations in Ellesmere Port and Eastleigh have recently opened their doors to the public, offering a range of storage options designed to accommodate various requirements. The meticulously designed spaces prioritise security, accessibility, and convenience, aligning perfectly with SMR Architects’ dedication to delivering high-quality design solutions.
For those interested in renting units at the newly completed Safestore sites, detailed information is available on the Safestore website. Whether it’s for personal or business storage needs, Safestore aims to provide a seamless and secure storage experience.
SMR Architects takes pride in contributing to the success of Safestore’s mission to offer top-notch self-storage solutions. As we celebrate the completion of these two projects, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with industry leaders and contributing to the creation of innovative spaces that make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
