What a day! SMR Architects marked another fantastic “10 for 10” celebration event with a trip to visit Phase 1 of our soon to be completed H47 industrial site in Flaxby. Many thanks to Stainforth Construction LLP for hosting our entire team for a site walkaround and letting us get our hands dirty planting trees and landscaping. Thankfully, the weather held, and a great day was had by all.
Marking our 10th anniversary with a trip to Flaxby is fitting as it was one of our first projects for SMR when we started 10 years ago. It has been a great success for our Client Opus North and Harrogate Borough Council. As Phase 1 concludes we look forward to working on future phases of the site and contributing to its success.
“I had the opportunity to participate in SMR’s ‘Wellness Wednesday’ initiative which is aimed at a focus on health and wellbeing. It was a great experience with the activity this month being a site visit at the recently completed Opus North logistics units in Flaxby. We got our hands dirty, or rather gloves, with some tree planting in a bid to give back to the environment.
