SMR’s directors and leadership team had an insightful and delightful time at this year’s UKREiiF. They attended various discussions, conferences and networking fringe events that were being held involving topics surrounding the built environment, current legislations and economic state.
Some of the in-conference sessions SMR participated in:
- Collaborating for growth network
- ‘Built Environment’s unexcepted challenges’- how embracing ESG initiatives can future-proof efforts
- UKREiiF opening event- talking about the North’s development and construction generally leading the way to a stronger economy
- ‘Connecting cities to turbocharge transition’– an interesting insight into how cities are joining forces to unlock investment and improve transportation with a mind of stimulating economic growth.
- ‘Sheds of the Future’ – the role of I&L and how these facilities have changed and perception needs to move with reality
SMR’s leadership team appeared at lots of the exciting fringe events UKREiiF had to offer this year, giving the opportunity to network further with other members of the built environment industry:

Finally, as part of SMR’s 10 for 10 years we hosted a ‘Lunch at the Palace’ to celebrate the milestone with our dedicated team, valued clients, and fellow Built Environment consultants.
