Waitrose Holsworthy, Ponteland and Buxton 2022/2023
We are pleased to announce that we have completed three of our refurbishment projects with Waitrose & Partners/ John Lewis Partnership as part of the 2022/2023 Refrigeration Programme.
Waitrose Holsworthy:
One of our major projects last year, the store was fully refurbished in line with Waitrose current design specification and work also included upgrading the engineering systems and the creation of new areas to support E- commerce activities. The project has been very well received by the customers and our client. It was a great experience working with CTS shopfitting to deliver this one!
Waitrose Ponteland:
Similar to Holsworthy, the refurbishment in Ponteland was quite extensive. Working with CTS shopfitting, the store underwent an 11-week programme providing a new flat roof extension to facilitate the E-commerce activities, roof plant replacement, a new dormer, and a full internal refresh. Internally, the store received a new bakery area, meat, and fish counters, a back of house refurbishment and many more new areas within the store.
Waitrose & Partners and The John Lewis Partnership are our hugely valued clients, and we are proud to be part of the teams delivering the schemes. Another two in the list this year are the Lichfield and Willerby stores which are commencing on site soon, and as always, we are looking forward to delivering high quality schemes.
Waitrose Buxton:
Located in the beautiful spa town of Buxton, SMR collaborated with Oaksmere to refurbish the interior and replace the plant, providing a more efficient energy saving solution. It is always great to be part of the effort to reduce carbon emissions.
