SMR prides itself on having an enthusiastic and motivated team, it’s even one of our founding Values. Therefore, it has become a key role of the Director team to encourage the ongoing development and progression of all our team. We are pleased to announce the promotion of a trio of high performers:

Joe also joined in 2020 and during that time has taken over the Client Lead role for several Developer clients and an operator client with huge growth expectations. With the support of his team, Joe is pushing the boundaries of design standards and focused on ensuring his clients facilities are sustainability minded and utilise latest technologies. His efforts see him promoted to Project Architect. 

Derry joined us in 2020, during a rapid growth period from a Housebuilder. Derry’s work ethic is admired by our clients and the full SMR team, where he leads multiple projects concurrently and is a driving force within our BIM Development group. For his efforts and diligence Derry has been promoted to Senior Technologist, MCIAT. 

Eunice has been with us since her 2019 Year Out. Upon Graduating with a First Class BSc in Architectural Technology, Eunice was recognised as Student of the Year at the Women in Property National Awards. Since graduation, Eunice has worked on cutting edge facilities for a Blue-Chip client, on projects predominantly located within the City of London. As Eunice pursues MCIAT Status, she has been recognised as an Architectural Technologist after successfully completing her post-graduation period.

These individuals have also begun to build relationships with clients which are already resulting in future works.”
