Warrington Tunbridge Wells
The extension and reconfiguration of an existing spec build warehouse and associated office facilities remodelled for a specific operators requirements. External works included a new multi-storey car park to the front of the site and removal of one of the existing yards.
The design underwent a number of changes in reaction to value engineering proposals and developing Client brief. The end-user operator were reviewing their Worldwide Design Standards during the design process.
The building has received positive feedback from various levels of stakeholders within the end-users business.
