Pannal 8 and 10 Net Zero Carbon development
Working within very difficult site constraints, SMR in conjunction with the design team was able to secure planning for 18 industrial trade units that were sympathetic to the character of the surrounding residential area and context. The units of varying sizes will house various tenants with ample ancillary facilities on site.
The units are highly sustainable, with the Client aiming for operational Net Zero Carbon as a benchmark. The project is currently on site and on target for Phase 1 completion December 2022.
