Lankro Way Aviva’s vision for a sustainable future

Located in a prominent industrial area of Eccles, Salford, SMR was tasked with delivering Aviva’s vision for a sustainable approach to their industrial building portfolio, with a scheme looking to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. SMR led the design team in providing a scheme  that would deliver on the regeneration and sustainable aspirations of the local authority and the client and address the needs of the local community.

The project has just been granted planning approval, with the designs also forming part of a Design Code that Aviva plan to roll out nationally.
