We were presented with an existing warehouse and office block contained within the warehouse which the client required to be made suitable for their operation. The fitout was based on existing John Lewis Partnership standards for logistics buildings. The Office space for a distribution centre serving both permanent and temporary staff.

Meeting rooms, Offices, lockers and breakout areas. Several design changes occurred during the project due to changes in client requirements. The warehouse space required setting out of areas required for the operation of the client – white goods areas, forklift loading/unloading, training areas, de brief and control.

Strip out of provided Cat A office area and installations of full Cat B fit out to offices (ground floor), plant installations to plant deck, warehouse works include, installation of carpet racking, lining, protection works and high-level M&E installations (heating, lighting etc). External works will include the installation of an above ground fuelling area, wash area, waste care platform and bin store, as well as CCTV installation, lining and protection works.
