The site consists of an existing industrial unit within an industrialised area of Neasden, located approximately 0.7 miles from Neasden centre and 0.6 miles to the East of Wembley Stadium. The B4557 (Great Central Way) is found to the South, with access to the A406 to the East.

The scope of the project includes the erection of a 5-storey van storage deck, associated car parking, as well as the retention and use of the existing unit and the alterations to associated infrastructure and elevation amendments to the existing warehouse.

The scheme aims at the creation of new jobs in the area and the promotion of business in Neasden, whilst updating and rejuvenating one of the areas warehouses and adjacent office.
