East Side Retail Park Retail unlocking a Brownfield site
SMR Architects were commissioned to transform a redundant Brownfield site and design a new mixed-use scheme – East Side Retail Park, Garforth. The site progressed utilising a hybrid planning application and was delivered over two construction phases.
In total, the scheme creates circa 6,620 sqm of new space with 298 shopper car parking spaces.
