A ‘last mile’ eCommerce logistic centre built by Segro for occupation by a global logistics provider consisting of a 9,000sqm building with warehouse space, offices, and welfare facilities and parking for over 400 delivery vans at grade and on a multi-storey parking deck. SMR worked closely with the developer and tenant from feasibility to completion to provide a bespoke design solution.
