Brought in post planning, SMR were engaged by the main contractor because of our expertise and experience delivering “high-care/ clean” buildings for clients across the UK. The brief is a three phase development which when completed will help the client achieve their expansion objectives. The works include improvements to their delivery operations, the expansion of their automated storage and improvements to their office provision.
