Located in the Glasgow Business Park, the facility serves as a key hub for optimizing logistics and operations, particularly for the growing eCommerce sector. Supporting the client during the negotiations with the developer, supporting their design team including during the various Building warrant stages, and then being on hand to deliver the final fit-out, this development showcases our ability to deliver advanced, efficient spaces tailored to the specific needs of leading global tenants in the industrial and logistics sector. We worked with this client to help deliver one of the first Scottish BTS schemes and introduced new elements, including the larger fixed canopy, a revised office arrangement and various other initiatives.
