In collaboration with our main contractor, UC Build, our team has worked diligently to deliver our 70,000 sqft of state of the art self-storage units across Eastleigh & Ellesmere port.
The construction of this safestore facility involved a comprehensive fit-out process that aimed to optimise space & enhance user experience. the highlight of the project was the installation of self-supported mezzanine levels in each store, at a minimum doubling the amount of lettable space available.
