East Midlands Gateway A great eCommerce project
A ‘last mile’ eCommerce logistic centre was built as part of a wider development at the East Midlands Gateway Logistics Park. The centre was built for occupation by a global logistics provider and consists of a 14,000sqm building with warehouse space, offices, and welfare facilities, and parking for over 900 delivery vans at grade and on a multi-story parking deck. SMR worked closely with the developer and tenant from feasibility to completion to provide a bespoke design solution.
