Burger King and Costa, Beverley A perfect example of a retail project

Working closely with Cookridge Estates, SMR designed and delivered 2 shell units for end tenants Burger King and Costa.

The schemes were both developed utilising the tenant’s template models, to prepare the shell ready for fit out and occupation. Forming part of a wider development, including Lidl and a PFS, the units sit comfortably within their surroundings, accessed off a new highway’s junction.

Shared signage totems guide you into the site, which then leads to landscaped drive-thru lanes serving customers from the units.  Additionally, there is on-site parking with an internal seating offer for customers.

A bold yet balanced palette of materials meets the tenants branding requirements.
