The operator’s first multi-million square foot self-build benefitted from the 1957 planning consent in Avonmouth which allowed an immediate start on site, with contractor ISG.
The development included a complex robotic mezzanine floor solution which was extended as a variation through the build process. SMR worked with contractor and client alike to deliver the 20m high three level warehouse, alongside bespoke office facilities containing breakrooms, offices and welfare provision. BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A rated the facility captured a series of new initiatives requested by the client and delivered by a collaborative team.
