Project Alpha will create a flagship campus employing cutting edge technology and projecting strong environmental credentials. This will include cutting-edge logistics, HQ offices, training and conference facilities, sport and leisure facilities, and R&D retail to satisfy the current and future needs of a growing and forward-thinking brand.

It will deliver up to 7,500 jobs and represents a significant investment in Rugby, Warwickshire, and the wider region.

The Campus design will be landscape-led, driven by responsible and sustainable design principles. Where possible, the design will retain, reinforce, and enhance the existing landscape character and features.

The scheme will be developed for a (currently unnamed) occupier and be a European facility to rival the current best in class. Sustainability and forward-thinking solutions will be part of its DNA.

The proposed Global Headquarters Campus will aim to demonstrate exceptional sustainability credentials which will underpin both its delivery and operation. We will take a regenerative approach to design. This means that rather than simply mitigate our impact, we will aim to improve the environment through development.
