Loaning Meadows Retail Park New Build Retail Park
A masterplan project containing seven retail units and associated parking. SMR was engaged by Caddick Construction Ltd to provide architectural services for the design and build of the scheme, SMR has also worked closely with TDC Estates on scheme amendments. Loaning Meadows Retail Park is a 6-unit retail development that includes food stores, fast food establishments, a coffee house, and a homeware store with an associated garden centre.
Following a rigorous planning process, works started on site in January 2021 and carried on through to August 2022. SMR worked closely with the contractors to provide a robust and attractive design that has attracted many users to the site serving the people of Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
