In partnership with our principal contractor, UC Build, our team has diligently completed the construction of 70,000 sqft of cutting edge self-storage units in Eastleigh and Ellesmere Port. the spaces have been carefully crafted to prioritise security, accessibility, and convenience, embodying SMR Architects’ commitment to providing superior design solutions.
The Ellesmere Port Safestore facility’s construction featured an extensive fit-out process designed to maximise space utilisation and the addition of self-supporting mezzanine levels in each unit doubled the available rental space’ enhancing the customer experience.
