Working directly with TSL, SMR were engaged to design a unique 50,000ft2 butter manufacturing facility and customer “innovation” centre near Cardiff.
The client aspired to deliver a highly sustainable, human-centred manufacturing building to meet their growing demand. We achieved this by including as many sustainability initiatives as we could within the client’s budget. Further to this, SMR coordinated the design directly with the end operators’ MHE consultant to achieve a bespoke unit that fulfilled their specific needs.
