Tom brings over 25 years of industry experience gained across leading consultancies and a Tier 1 contractor. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK.

His expertise spans a broad range of sectors, with particular strengths in manufacturing, energy, waste, and rail. Tom has played a key role in delivering complex schemes with construction values exceeding £1.5 billion, providing colaboraive leadership from inception through to completion.

Tom is passionate about every stage of the project lifecycle, from masterplanning and concept development through detailed design and final delivery. His extensive on-site experience gives him a thorough understanding of construction challenges, operational requirements, and the practical considerations that underpin successful project outcomes.

Known for his collaborative and client-focused approach, Tom enjoys building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the wider design team. Whether overseeing studio operations or leading business-critical projects, he combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Outside of work, Tom prefers to be outdoors and enjoys a variety of field sports as well as cycling when time allows.
