As much as he has a passion for architecture, Simon also has a flair for master planning, scheme development and project management,.

Projects with a series of challenges excite him and showcase his strong organisational, leadership and management skills. Driven and strategic, Simon has extensive experience of a wide range of projects from inception to completion. Working with the ethos that ‘Every building has an operational need. Wrapping that operation in a building and making it work within the site is where architecture comes in.’  This experience is combined with a desire to challenge the norm with an aim to disrupt and update traditional solutions where opportunities for clear improvement exist. He likes seeing satisfied end users at a site level alongside the strategic elements of larger framework agreements. Working nationally,

Key account manager for a number of international logistics clients, along with Practice lead on a series of large-scale projects, he leads a dedicated team across the industrial and logistics sector, including both developers and operators. Simon splits his time between Harrogate and London, working with clients in the capital and across the UK, adding Yorkshire value to several projects.

To relax he often heads underwater, SCUBA diving in locations from the North Sea and the Scottish Borders to Thailand and The Maldives. On dry land he follows Leeds Rhinos, is determined to improve his golf handicap and enjoys road cycling.
