SMR Architects are pleased to announce we’ve been shortlisted for another award, locally, alongside our CIOB shortlisting in the ‘Committed to Collaborative Working’ category for the 2015  (CCIHWY).

The tenth anniversary Business Awards are designed to celebrate the district’s best businesses and business people. Harrogate Advertiser Series Business Awards sponsored by Verity Frearson have shortlisted our entry in the ‘Celebrating New Business Award’ category.

A core part of our strategy is to raise our profile locally, increase visibility with local businesses and engage locally based clients. Our submission was a great opportunity to showcase our new company locally, and in its inaugural year, this award seems to suit us down to the ground.

Seeing the idea of SMR become a reality has been challenging, so being shortlisted is already a fantastic accolade. SMR has a great team and seeing them recognised so early in our evolution goes to prove this. Winning the award on the night would be incredible.

“We’re focusing strongly on two things at SMR; increasing our national blue chip client base and widening our profile locally. These awards allow us to be measured against our peers locally. We’re also looking forward to enjoying the awards night as we work hard!”
