SMR Architects were commissioned to transform a redundant Brownfield site and design a new mixed use scheme – East Side Retail Park, Garforth. The site was progressed utilising a hybrid planning application and is being delivered over two construction phases. C&W Property Developments is a partnership between Yorkshire-based Caddick Construction and property investor Duncan Waller. SMR are working closely with Caddick’s to deliver this fast-paced scheme. To date, Phase 1 has been delivered and Phase 2 is well progressed –

Phase 1 : 25,500 sq. ft retail store; Lidl store and associated parking.

Phase 2 : remaining retailing units, veterinarians & public house.
